The previously recommended Pro Security Plus package offer now includes all of the driver-assist capabilities, such as emergency autonomous braking, sightless-place tracking, and lane-keeping assistance. Light-weight Natural Stone Metal is a new color option, as well as a few new tire options. Finally, several changes have been made to the standard devices.
Engine
Your GMC Acadia Denali comes with two engine, but which one is right for you depends on how much power you need. Access-level SLE models are equipped with either a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 or a V6 engine, but not the AT4 model, which gets only the V6 engine. It produces 228 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque, making the crossover seem nimble on the open road. You may still need to plan some of your overtaking tactics, but you should be able to pull them off when the time is right.
The 3.6-liter V6 found in the AT4 is likewise found in the SLT and Denali. However, the AT4, which not only has a V6 but is also AWD, is the only. The Acadia’s top powertrain generates 310 hp and 271 lb-ft of torque, allowing you to reach where you’re going quickly. It looks great, too. A 9-velocity automated transmission series can be used with any engine and drivetrain combination. In this case, it has been properly processed and hasn’t had to fight for the right equipment.
Interior
GMC’s Acadia Denali is still a beautiful crossover, but the interior hasn’t received as much attention as the outside, so it’s starting to seem a little dated. However, high-quality materials are employed, and the more approachable design may appeal to those who like no-frills schools. A few of the more appealing amenities, such as energy-changeable seats or leather covers, require an upgrade, but the controls for the standard technology (of which there is a lot) are laid out in a way that makes it easy to use. One reason for this is that the infotainment screen is of a reasonable size, and the gaming console isn’t overly cluttered either. Those who are more tech-savvy may not be startled by this, however.
The bottom SL can accommodate a maximum of 7 passengers with the help of a few rows of chairs in the cabin. Or, at the very least, there are enough seats for a large group; the location itself is an important factor. If you’re older than a preteen, the first two seasons are where you want to be. Ideally, adults should be seated near the beginning; but, if they aren’t too tall, they can easily fit into the next row. Legroom decreases to about 30 inches in the third row, depending on the cut, and the roof slopes straight down as well. As a result, only tiny children should be placed at the back. However, due to the limited freight capacity, it could be preferable to keep the back chairs folded lower.
2024 GMC Acadia Denali Release Date and Price
GMC is known for producing high-quality vehicles, but its product line doesn’t extend all the way to the luxury end of the spectrum. Compared to other expensive crossovers, the 2024 GMC Acadia Denali’s pricing is higher, but it’s still affordable. You’ll pay $34,800 for the base FWD SLE, while the $39,100 price tag for the turbocharged 2.0-liter SLT SLT FWD variant comes from the SLT. Adding AWD to the SLE or SLT raises the price from $37,100 to $41,100. With a starting price of $41,100, only the V6 engine and all-wheel drive are available for the AT4. If you want the 2.0-liter turbocharged Denali with front-wheel drive, you’ll have to fork over $46,600, while the Denali with all-wheel drive and a V6 engine costs nearly $50k more at $48,600. Taxes, registration, certification, and the $1,195 site fee are not included in these MSRP prices.
